Future of an E-commers websites

According to Oracle (2023), which predicts a developmental future in this field, thanks to new technologies and the development of artificial intelligence. Increased personalization of websites than before, it is assumed that thanks to artificial intelligence customers will receive even more personalized proposals, as well as individual discounts or offers. Customer service which at the moment is one of the drawbacks of e-commerce in the future is expected to see new chat bots; more evolved artificial intelligence that will respond to voice messages. Product visualization is also expected to be improved with the introduction of 3D images, perhaps we will be able to inspect the item in virtual reality. Another feature that may change is the speed of delivery. With new technologies such as drones and maybe even some new supply chain will emerge. It is assumed that shipments will run up to an hour after a purchase is made. All this is interesting, however how much of it will turn out to be true we will see in the coming years. I'm convinced that businesses will bends over backwards to provide even better and faster services than before.
