Types of e-commerce

Types of e-commerce according to Lutkevich (2023) :

B2B - that is, all business-to-business transactions. Such sales can occur via sales platforms or by salespeople who can be contacted online.

B2C - that is, consumer to business. It is the first and most obvious type of e-commerce. These are transactions between a seller, which is a business, and a buyer, who is an individual.

C2C - that is, customer to customer. It is a private transaction. It takes place on social media and advertising websites. Such transactions can also be done on eBay.

C2B - that is, customer-to-business. It is a business model in which the company buys the product from the consumer.
